As a Technical Lead (Python), you will drive backend engineering initiatives while ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable software solutions. You will serve as the technical visionary for your team, aligning complex architectural decisions with overarching business goals.

What You'll Do

• Lead the design and implementation of robust, high-performance backend systems and RESTful APIs using Python.
• Provide technical direction and oversight for the full software development lifecycle, from initial discovery to production release.
• Establish and enforce engineering excellence through rigorous code reviews, testing strategies, and CI/CD best practices.
• Mentor and coach engineering team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical growth.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and roadmaps.
• Identify system bottlenecks and architectural challenges, proposing long-term structural improvements and optimizations.
