As the onsite technical lead for testing and validation activities, you'll be responsible for planning and executing validation programs, leading vehicle‑level testing, controls validation, EMC testing, troubleshooting, and new product introduction efforts. Working directly with customers and cross‑functional teams, you'll use advanced test equipment to evaluate performance, investigate issues, and validate cutting‑edge electric drive technology in real‑world conditions.
We're seeking an engineer with experience in electric drives, power electronics, controls validation, EMC, and electromechanical testing. Experience with motors, VFDs, MATLAB/Simulink, or high‑voltage systems is highly valued.
