Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in optics-related field desirable.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Technical Lead on New Product Introduction projects.
• Ensure specification compliance for New Product Introduction projects.
• Coordinate development of tools and processes for new products.
• Work with customers to ensure understanding of new product requirements.
• Identify technical risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Skills

Optical modeling software (e.g., Zemax, Code V, FRED)

SolidWorks or other CAD software

Product Documentation Management (PDM) systems

DFMEA/PFMEA

Communication and organizational skills

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Physics, Optics, or related field

Advanced degree highly desirable
