Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Technical Lead - Networking & Wireless to lead and deliver complex programs for large enterprise/service provider clients. The role requires hands-on technical expertise and close coordination with offshore teams, plus direct interaction with onsite client stakeholders.

You will own planning, risk management and cross-functional execution across firmware, network, cloud, QA and operations, ensuring on-time delivery and quality.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of networking/wireless delivery experience.
• Experience in Service Provider/ISP environments.
• Strong understanding of subscriber networks and wireless infra.
• Client-facing, onsite technical project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of network/wireless programs for large enterprise/service-provider clients.
• Coordinate with offshore engineering, validation, and vendor teams.
• Be primary onsite client contact for milestones and delivery.
• Own project planning, execution tracking, risk and dependency management.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across firmware, network, cloud, QA, and operations.
• Translate client requirements into technical and execution plans.
• Ensure release readiness, quality and on-time milestone delivery.
