Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead – MES Applications (Apriso) with strong expertise in DELMIA Apriso Manufacturing Execution System (MES), application development, database design, performance optimization, upgrades, and production support. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience across multiple Apriso versions, MES implementation, discrete manufacturing processes, and integration with ERP systems.

The candidate will lead technical development, testing, deployment, upgrade activities, and troubleshooting while ensuring reliable MES application performance and production operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead technical development, database design, application support, testing, and deployment activities for DELMIA Apriso MES.

Work on Apriso versions 9.5, 9.6, 9.7, 2016, 2019, 2021, and 2025.

Lead and support Apriso upgrade projects, including planning, implementation, post‑upgrade validation, and production support.

Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries using Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle SQL.

Configure and support Process Builder, FlexNet Translation Tool, Global Process Manager, Machine Integrator, and Apriso Portal.

Create and deploy packages using Global Process Manager across multiple servers.

Configure and maintain Central Configuration, CSS, and Configuration Manager.

Perform root cause analysis and improve application and screen performance.

Prepare and execute test cases, document results, generate test reports, and resolve defects.

Support the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including analysis, architecture, design, development, testing, implementation, and end‑user training.

Follow Agile methodologies and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Support MES implementation and integration activities involving Ignition and Apriso.

Develop and maintain web services and business integrations between MES and ERP systems.

Provide real‑time production support, troubleshoot critical issues, and ensure business continuity.

Required Qualifications

Strong hands‑on experience in DELMIA Apriso MES application development, configuration, and support.

Experience with multiple Apriso versions, including 9.5, 9.6, 9.7, 2016, 2019, 2021, and 2025.

Expertise in database design, development, complex SQL queries, and performance tuning.

Hands‑on experience with Process Builder, FlexNet Translation Tool, Global Process Manager, Machine Integrator, and Apriso Portal.

Experience with Apriso upgrade projects, package deployment, configuration management, and post‑upgrade support.

Strong root cause analysis and application performance optimization skills.

Experience in MES implementation, preferably involving Ignition and Apriso.

Understanding of discrete manufacturing processes and shop‑floor operations.

Experience developing web services and integrating MES applications with ERP systems.

Strong knowledge of software development, testing, deployment, and production support.

Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and technical leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience working in complex manufacturing environments.

Experience deploying applications and packages across multiple servers.

Familiarity with Agile project delivery and end‑user training.

Ability to work independently and coordinate with business, manufacturing, and technical stakeholders.
