Job summary

Themesoft Inc in Whitakers, NC is seeking an experienced MES engineer to support and evolve our Dassault Apriso 2019 environment. This on-site contract role focuses on maintaining MES applications, prioritizing tickets, and delivering PL/SQL-driven enhancements.

You will design plant-specific MES functionalities, assist with MES/PLC integration testing, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate with BI, ERP, IT teams to resolve cross-system issues.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining MES applications with ticket prioritization.
• Proficient in Dassault Apriso 2019 manufacturing domain.
• Strong PL/SQL skills.
• Exposure to MES/PLC integration testing.
• On-site work in Whitakers, NC.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain existing MES applications by prioritizing tickets and issues.
• Design and develop plant-specific MES functionalities using Apriso 2019.
• Provide testing support for enhancements and patches in simulation or integration environments.
• Raise CRs for issues needing code changes and coordinate resolutions.
• Collaborate with BI, ERP, CBS IT, MQ to resolve cross-system impacts on MES.
• Perform root-cause analysis and provide user resolutions for tickets.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and maintain existing MES Application by prioritizing, analyzing the support tickets / issues.
• Design and Develop plant specific MES functionalities using Apriso 2019.
• Providing support on testing of enhancement fix / hot patch in the Simulation or the Integration environment.
• Raising a Problem report and change request for the issues raised by user if resolution of issue needs code change.
• Collaborate with the other teams (BI, ERP, CBS IT, MQ) in order to resolves issues when other systems are impacted, or other systems are impacting MES.
• Perform root cause analysis and remediation for repeated issues. Providing resolution to users for the tickets/ issues.
• MES configurations and HMI simulation.
• MES to PLC integration Testing oTesting of new MES and PLC functionalities PLC to MES OPC configuration MES and PLC training to users

Essential Skills

• MES development and support experience using Dassault Apriso 2019 Manufacturing domain experience
• Must Have: Delmia Apriso, PL SQL
• Nice to Have: JavaScript, .Net
