Capgemini is hiring an Onsite Technical Lead - Java Full Stack to work with a scrum team in an onshore-offshore delivery model at Camden, NJ. You will navigate stakeholder expectations, translate requirements into technical designs, and mentor an offshore team from the client workspace.

You will drive end-to-end solution design, architecture, and hands-on development with Java/Ecosystem, modern front-end tech, and cloud services.
