Innova Solutions seeks a Technical Lead/PDA for a 6-month contract in Austin, TX. Hybrid role. You will lead engineering bids, verify architecture feasibility, and help craft work packages while guiding reviews and customer demonstrations.

Ideal candidate: 8+ years in software engineering, strong leadership, cloud experience (AWS a plus), and proficiency in Java/.NET, APIs, and Jira/Confluence.

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (or foreign equivalent) or equivalent experience.
• Over 8 years of software engineering experience with in-depth knowledge of engineering practices and processes.
• Cloud experience (AWS Cloud is a plus).
• Java & .Net, API, knowledge of databases, Jira/Confluence good experience to have.
• Proven engineering leadership experience with a pragmatic approach to team decision-making.

Position type: Full Time, Contract Duration: 6 months, Possible Extension. Location: Austin, TX. Hybrid Role.

As a Technical Lead/ Project Design Authority (PDA) you will:

• BIDs and presales: Be the primary technical leader for the engineering part of our offers.

• Strong analytical abilities and a logical, pragmatic approach to problem-solving, supporting the team to find cost-effective solutions.
• Self-starter with excellent technical writing skills, capable of influencing both technical and non-technical decisions while accurately estimating and contributing to project technical plans.

Pay Range*: $65 to $72 Per hour *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
