Job summary

Integrity is seeking a Software Engineer Team Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of full stack applications from Urbandale, IA. You will combine hands-on development with technical leadership, setting architectural direction and mentoring engineers.

You will own decisions across the stack, champion modern practices like automated testing, IaC, and continuous delivery, and guide teams to ship high-quality software confidently.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software development experience, including leadership roles.
• Proficiency in .NET (C#), ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, and server-side development.
• Hands-on Blazor experience (Server and/or WebAssembly).
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and IaC tooling.
• Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions.
• Experience with feature flagging platforms like LaunchDarkly.
• SQL Server or Azure SQL data access patterns using EF Core or Dapper.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of full stack applications using .NET and Blazor.
• Define and evolve technical architecture across frontend and backend.
