Job summary

CI&T is seeking a Tech Lead Fullstack Developer to drive frontend-centric delivery with robust backend support. You will shape modern, scalable applications using React and .NET/C#, while integrating Azure-based services and data stores. Collaborate in a cross-functional team to advance engineering excellence.

You’ll lead UI focused initiatives, implement resilient APIs, and ensure high-quality code through automated tests and CI/CD practices in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading fullstack development projects with strong frontend and backend ownership.
• Strong React frontend and .NET/C# backend skills with practical delivery experience.
• Proficiency with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and EF Core.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks (xUnit, Bogus, NSubstitute) and test automation.
• Experience with cloud services and CI/CD pipelines in Azure.

Responsibilities

• Develop Fullstack applications with a frontend emphasis (70%).
• Develop and maintain APIs and services using .NET/C#.
• Build user interfaces with React.
• Work with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Develop automated tests and apply software quality practices.
• Work with messaging/event-driven architectures using Azure Service Bus and Rebus.
• Contribute to CI/CD processes using Azure DevOps and Azure Pipelines.
• Work with Git and GitFlow.
