SPN Solutions is seeking a Technical Lead to own the architecture of a new public-facing health reporting application for a federal health agency. The role is hybrid from Fairfax, VA, starting October 2026, with a mix of public-facing clinical and safety reporting in English and Spanish.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or a related field.
• 8+ years of software development experience; 12 years may substitute for the degree.

Responsibilities

• Own the solution architecture: Node.js and Express on Azure App Service, Azure SQL, Blob Storage, Key Vault, Azure Functions and Logic Apps.
• Build a versioned form-definition engine for reporting paths and server-side branch conditions.
• Create a configuration console for agency staff to edit content, fields, validation and branching logic.
