Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology is seeking an experienced Lead Project Manager to support the Department of Homeland Security Headquarters on the St. Elizabeths Technology Services program.

You will lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and procurement staff to deliver complex design/build projects on time and within budget. The role requires active Top-Secret clearance or ability to obtain DHS EOD, strong leadership, and ability to translate technical requirements into

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years managing or assisting with technical design/build or construction projects/programs.
• Background in technology systems with ability to comprehend complex technical solutions.
• Experience reviewing technical engineering designs and delivering cost/schedule deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with systems, campus wiring, IT, PS, RF, AV engineers, technicians, and CADD teams across project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with O&M to transition completed projects.
• Engage with government, construction, and design teams throughout lifecycle.
• Lead and supervise project management staff and produce high-quality performance metrics.
