Your Role

As an Endpoint Security Engineer, you will be a key member of our Information Security team, responsible for securing our endpoint devices and protecting sensitive data. Your work contributes to data-driven decisions and ongoing security improvements within our Cyber Engineering division.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain endpoint security solutions, including antivirus and EDR systems.
• Monitor security metrics and ensure compliance with policies.
• Conduct security assessments and audits, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending fixes.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure comprehensive endpoint protection.
• Train and support end-users and IT staff on security best practices.
• Develop documentation such as procedures, RCAs, and reports.
• Monitor performance and health of security agents and sensors.
• Provide regular reports and improvement recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related; Master’s preferred.
• 7+ years managing endpoint protection platforms.
• Hands-on experience with EDR platforms, DLP, and EPM technologies.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash, Perl, Jscript) and regex.
• Experience with Windows, Linux, and macOS platforms.
• Strong understanding of endpoint protection strategies and policies.
• Experience with SIEM and SOAR tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of standards like NIST 800-63 and ISO 27001.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, GIAC, etc.

Compensation

Base salary ranges from USD 133,000 to 196,800 annually, determined by experience and location. Additional benefits include bonuses, equity, health and financial wellness programs, flexible time off, 401k, and more.
