Job summary

Net2Source (N2S) is seeking a Technical Lead – Data Engineering to guide data engineering, production support, and app development workstreams. The role emphasizes hands-on Snowflake, Python, SQL, AWS, Airflow expertise with strong client-facing leadership.

The successful candidate will own production support, technical delivery, stakeholder communication, and overall data platform reliability while coordinating with distributed/offshore teams.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in Data Engineering or related roles.
• Strong Snowflake architecture, data modeling, and tuning.
• Proficiency in Python and advanced SQL.
• Enterprise-scale ETL/ELT pipelines in production.
• Experience with Apache Airflow and AWS services.
• Power BI datasets, semantic models, and validation.
• Client-facing technical leadership and stakeholder mgmt.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical contact for client stakeholders and coordinate activities.
• Lead production support including pipeline monitoring and incident triage.
• Coordinate across onsite, offshore teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions and report status.
• Design and support Snowflake-based data solutions and pipelines.
• Develop and manage Airflow workflows and data orchestration.
• Build and validate Power BI-ready datasets and semantic models.
• Drive CI/CD, testing, and DataOps best practices.
• Lead RCA and continuous improvement on data platforms.
• Balance multiple workstreams and production priorities.
