ITC Infotech is seeking an Onsite Technical Lead - Data Engineering in Tempe, AZ. The role bridges client needs with offshore delivery across production support, application development, and data engineering streams.

Ideal candidates have 8–12 years in Data Engineering, strong Snowflake and Python/SQL skills, and experience with AWS, Airflow, and Power BI. The position requires in-office presence four days a week and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in Data Engineering, Cloud Data Platforms, or related delivery roles
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Strong expertise in Snowflake architecture, data modeling, and performance tuning
• Experience building and supporting scalable ETL/ELT pipelines in production environments
• Hands-on experience with AWS services: S3, Glue, Lambda, CloudWatch, Secrets Manager, SNS/SQS
• Proven ability to coordinate between onsite client and offshore delivery teams

Responsibilities

• Serve as onsite point of contact for client, coordinating activities across support and development
• Lead morning production support operations: pipeline monitoring, incident triage, data validation
• Translate business needs into technical direction with offshore delivery team
• Design and develop Snowflake-based data solutions and ELT/ETL pipelines
• Develop and manage Airflow workflows and orchestration frameworks
• Create Power BI-ready semantic layers and analytics datasets
• Drive CI/CD, testing, and DataOps practices across tracks
• Coordinate stand-ups and stakeholder communications, manage client expectations
• Provide rapid incident response and RCA for production issues
• Balance priorities across parallel workstreams to avoid bottlenecks
