Job summary

Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and coordinate with analysts, product owners, and stakeholders.

You will lead an offshore development team in India, drive sprint execution, mentor engineers, oversee code quality, and report to executives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering and technical leadership.
• Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, and microservices.
• Experience leading offshore teams and collaborating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design, architecture, and delivery of enterprise applications, while remaining hands-on.
• Lead an offshore development team in India, drive sprint execution, mentor engineers, ensure code quality.
• Communicate regularly with clients and executive stakeholders, providing updates and managing risks.
• Design and implement cloud-native architectures on AWS and AI-enabled engineering practices.
