Job summary

KCI Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Technical Lead for its Behind-the-Meter (BTM) Power Generation team.

You will provide senior-level technical leadership, manage complex workstreams, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, safe projects across industrial, commercial, government and data-center sites. The role covers generation sources including natural gas, hydrogen, SMRs, diesel, solar, hydroelectric power, energy storage and hybrid systems, with a strong emphasis on

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in engineering is required.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) preferred or required within six months.

Responsibilities

• Develop project execution plans defining technical workflows and deliverables.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, staffing, quality and deliverables.
• Deliver projects on time and within budget while meeting client expectations.
• Monitor project financial performance and initiate corrective action.
