Job summary

Stefanini Group is seeking a Technical Lead for a globally recognized bank, based in Coral Gables, FL. You will drive innovation, define solution architecture, mentor engineers, and ensure delivery of IT projects aligned with strategic goals.

You will collaborate with Solutions Architects, DevOps, Data, BI, and Infrastructure teams to deliver scalable, secure banking technology. Strong leadership, communication, and Agile experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Proven experience in a technical leadership role.
• Strong software development, tuning, and system architecture expertise.
• Hands-on banking tech and compliance experience is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Jira/Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of solutions aligned with business goals within bank IT landscape.
• Define a clear vision for the future state of technology.
• Mentor engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects and integrate guidance into design.

• Integrate security best practices across the lifecycle.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies to improve operations.
• Discuss implementation scenarios with stakeholders and partners.
