ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE TECHNOLOGIES LLC is seeking a Technical Lead in Fort Mill, SC to drive evolution of trading platforms. You will lead a high-performing engineering team, architect cloud-native solutions on AWS, and ensure the stability and performance of our trading infrastructure.

The ideal candidate combines hands-on development with strategic leadership, guiding architecture, code quality, and cross-team collaboration in a fast-paced financial tech environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in .NET / .NET Core (C#), building high-throughput microservices and APIs.
• Experience with Kafka and SQL Server / RDBMS.
• Cloud-native design on AWS using AWS services (Lambda, EC2, EKS, ECS/Fargate, S3, SQS/SNS, Postgres, API Gateway).
• Relational DBs: SQL Server, PostgreSQL; NoSQL: DynamoDB, Aurora; performance tuning.

Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering technical excellence and code quality.
• Solution Architecture: Design end-to-end solutions using .NET Core and AWS for low-latency, scalable systems.
• Cross-Team Coordination: Align roadmaps with Product, QA, DevOps and stakeholders.
• Hands-on Development: Contribute to core framework and perform code reviews.
• Database Management: Architect and optimize schemas for real-time trading data.
• Production Excellence: Monitor health, performance, and incident response.
