ROBOTIC PROCESS AUTOMATION LLC in Fort Mill, SC seeks a Technical Lead to drive evolution of trading platforms. You will bridge business requirements and scalable tech, leading a high-performing team, architecting on AWS, and maintaining system stability.

The role combines hands-on development with strategic leadership in a fast-paced trading environment, emphasizing SOLID principles, low latency, and high availability.

Formación

• 8+ years in .NET Core and high-throughput microservices.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures on AWS.
• Strong SQL Server and PostgreSQL knowledge; NoSQL experience a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the engineering team.
• Lead end-to-end solution design and architecture for low-latency trading systems.
• Coordinate with Product, QA, DevOps and stakeholders to align roadmaps.
• Contribute to core framework development and perform code reviews.
• Architect scalable DB schemas for real-time trading data.
• Ensure production health, performance tuning, and incident response.
