Job summary

TXI is seeking a Technical Lead to bridge complex technologies and real business needs, delivering billable AI-enabled solutions for clients. You will guide scoping, estimation, and delivery while mentoring teams and upholding security, ethics, and privacy standards.

A hands-on technologist, you’ll drive pragmatic outcomes across industrial, logistics, and health-related projects. You’ll collaborate with the demand team to articulate emerging AI capabilities, develop PoCs, and ensure rapid

Qualifications

• Experience leading client projects from concept to implementation with measurable results.
• Strong understanding of business problems to quantify impact of technical solutions.
• Ability to explain complex technical ideas simply to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Hands-on experience building AI solutions and AI engineering practices.
• Knowledge of responsible AI principles including security, ethics, bias, and privacy.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop software applications addressing client problems with business impact.
• Contribute across client journey from scoping to knowledge transfer.
• Identify opportunities where AI can solve business challenges with measurable outcomes.
• Communicate capabilities in business-focused language to clients.
• Develop proofs-of-concept and demos to showcase possibilities.
• Ensure solutions follow security, ethics, privacy, and transparency best practices.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to identify new client opportunities.
• Equip demand team with technical validation for client discussions.
• Upskill client teams and TXIers to foster continuous improvement.
