Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Technical Project Management and Agile environments.
• Hands-on Python production-grade development experience.
• Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks and prompt engineering.
• Strong understanding of agentic AI concepts and multi-agent orchestration.
• REST API design, API integration, and OpenAPI specs.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/IT/Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Agentic AI projects in an Agile environment.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering teams, and stakeholders to define roadmaps.
• Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for timely, high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate on AI solution architecture, integrations, and deployment strategies.
• Track milestones and dependencies aligned with business objectives.
• Establish best practices for AI delivery, prompt engineering, testing, and governance.
• Define digital strategy and execution roadmaps with clients.
• Design and implement differentiated digital solutions delivering measurable value.
