Job summary

Lilly is seeking a Technical Lead for CT Results technology at our Indianapolis campus. This hands-on role owns the technical design and delivery of complex results-data solutions, with AI-enabled engineering, data integrity, security, and regulatory governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience with AI in day-to-day engineering.
• Experience with APIs, event-driven architecture, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Experience leading technical design discussions and mentoring engineers.
• Experience with data integrity and regulated environments (GxP) in pharma/biotech.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical design and delivery of scalable CT Results solutions.
• Resolve technical, operational and data problems affecting the CT Results function.
• Embed AI-assisted engineering and agentic capabilities into data pipelines.
• Serve as a key technical resource for CT Results.
• Lead design discussions and influence engineering decisions.
• Ensure compliance with GxP, data integrity, security, and performance.
• Build integrations across clinical systems using APIs and event-driven patterns.
• Mentor engineers and strengthen AI capability.
• Align delivery with standards and roadmaps with stakeholders.
