  • Serve as a key technical resource for CT Results, providing depth and breadth of engineering expertise.
  • Make technical decisions, within functional, company, and industry guidelines, that impact the function.
  • Lead technical design discussions and influence engineering decisions across teams, gaining support on difficult technical issues.

  • Build integrations and services connecting results data across clinical systems using modern patterns (APIs, event-driven architecture).
  • Mentor engineers and strengthen engineering and AI capability across the team.
  • Partner with solution managers, architects, and stakeholders to align delivery to standards and roadmaps.
Basic Qualifications

  • Experience mentoring engineers and building technical capability.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills, able to influence complex technical issues and present to varied audiences.
  • Experience in clinical development, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), or a regulated (GxP) environment within pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare.
  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
