Job summary

Williams Lea is seeking a Technical Lead to join our technology team in a remote capacity. You will own the architecture and integration strategy for AIVA engagements, design scalable cloud-native architectures, and oversee data pipelines, authentication and monitoring.

You will mentor AI Workflow and Integration Engineers and guide teams on architecture choices and evaluation. We value 8+ years in software engineering or enterprise integration, strong cloud experience with Azure/AWS, and

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering, cloud architecture or enterprise integration.
• Strong enterprise integration and cloud architecture experience.
• Experience with AI/automation platforms, LLM APIs and agent frameworks.
• Strong understanding of Azure/AWS, security and deployment architecture.
• Proven experience with senior client/technical stakeholder management.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field.

Salary: £70,000 per annum, plus company benefits

Location: Remote

Contract: Full Time

Shifts: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 9am until 5:30pm with 1 hours unpaid lunch break
