Deep expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud is required, along with strong leadership and hands-on development experience.

You will mentor developers, translate business requirements into scalable architectures, and ensure performance, security, and governance.

Salesforce Technical Lead

Location: Juno Beach, FL or Houston, TX (Onsite/Hybrid as required)

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, along with strong leadership capabilities and hands-on development experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and implementation of Salesforce solutions.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce architectures.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor Salesforce developers.
• Drive best practices around coding, testing, deployment, and governance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and project teams.
• Ensure application performance, security, reliability, and scalability.
• Perform hands-on development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
• Support integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
