Swift in Reston, VA seeks a Technical Integrator to support a dynamic program across software, data engineering, network engineering, and rapid development. The role is hands-on, lab-focused, and multidisciplinary, located in the Tidewater region of Virginia.

The candidate will drive discovery, testing, and evaluation projects, with 6+ years in diverse technical areas such as AI/ML, RF, data science, UAV/UAS, and cyber-enabled systems. US citizenship and active TS/SCI with Polygraph are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering or CS field or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of technical experience across multiple domains listed.
• Citizenship and TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and conduct complex engineering projects involving RF/microwave systems.
• Evaluate data, perform technical analysis, and recommend methods to meet objectives.
• Coordinate complex technical matters and convey findings in lay terms.
