Swift is seeking a seasoned Network / Cyber Security Engineer to join a mission-driven program in the Tidewater region of Virginia. The role focuses on hands-on lab discovery across software development, data engineering, network engineering, and cybersecurity integration.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 10+ years of combined network engineering and cybersecurity experience, and a US citizenship with active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science or related field.
• 10+ years of combined network engineering and cybersecurity experience.
• Strong knowledge of DNS, firewall rules, routing and streaming protocols.

Responsibilities

• Design, install, test, and maintain secure operating systems, networks, and databases.
• Support a wide range of network facilities including routers, gateways, servers, and network management systems.
• Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for secure design.
