Job summary

Constructor is seeking a Technical Integration Specialist to enhance the e-commerce experience for customers worldwide by guiding integrations with our platform. You will support onboarding, educate on APIs, troubleshoot issues, configure catalogs, and communicate across teams to resolve technical challenges.

The role is fully remote, with a focus on helping hundreds of millions of users through scalable, high-quality technical support and documentation improvements.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding support - Collaborating with customers to understand their integration needs and guide them through the process.

• Troubleshooting - Resolving technical challenges and integration issues with the Customer Success teams.
• Index configuration - Assisting customers to configure catalogs, facets, sort orders, and retrieving results.
• Communication - Liaising between customers and technical resources with clear, prompt responses.
• Process improvement - Documenting interactions and solutions to improve docs and onboarding.

About the Position

Launched in 2019, Constructor is an AI-first ecommerce search and discovery platform that helps shoppers find the right products at the right time and enables leading global e-commerce brands to drive meaningful revenue and conversion gains.

As a Technical Integration Specialist, you will improve the e-commerce experience for hundreds of millions of users across the world by providing first level technical support to e-commerce companies (our customers) as they integrate their websites and mobile applications with Constructor's platform. This includes:

• Onboarding support - Collaborating with customers to understand their technical integration needs and assist them through the integration process

• API and library education - Providing expert guidance on integrating with Constructor's APIs and utilizing open source libraries

• Troubleshooting - Helping resolve technical challenges and integration issues alongside Customer Success teams

• Index configuration - Working with customers to ensure their product catalogs are properly configured, including uploading catalog data, configuring facets, searchabilities, sort orders, and retrieving results

• Communication - Acting as a liaison between customers and other technical resources, responding promptly to inquiries with clear explanations

• Process improvement - Documenting customer interactions, common issues, and solutions, improving integration documentation and customer onboarding

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with structured data formats (JSON, CSV) and basic search/index concepts

• Familiarity with debugging tools such as browser dev tools, API clients (e.g., Postman), or logs.

• Familiarity with A/B testing, understanding of server side and client side contexts, network request routing / HTTP.

• Familiarity working with open source libraries, JavaScript web application development and integration patterns.
