You will also conduct technical skill evaluations for new hires and internal promotions, helping ensure that our field talent is placed confidently and successfully on projects. • Mentor apprentices throughout their development, including classroom instruction, lab‑based learning, and coaching.
  • Design, develop, and maintain training content, lesson plans, job aids, and assessments that align with project requirements and evolving mechanical codes.
  • Partner with subject matter experts and field leaders to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with apprenticeship partners and industry organizations (e.g., IMC, ABC, NCCER chapters, or similar mechanical trade programs).
