Job summary

Festo Didactic Inc. seeks a Technical Instructor of Advanced Manufacturing Technologies to deliver structured training using Festo curricula. The role requires frequent travel and the ability to adapt teaching to varied audiences, from operators to engineers.

The instructor will join the Industrial Workforce Development team, perform site visits, and maintain strong industry relations while updating instructional materials as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, Technical Diploma, or higher degree in related field.
• Minimum three (3) years' work experience in advanced manufacturing, mechatronics, process control, engineering, or related field.
• Experience delivering training to employees.
• Must be able to travel up to 75% and work in training room and shop setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training using curriculum prepared by Festo.
• Conduct site visits and maintain public relations within the service area.
• Adapt teaching style to customers' knowledge and skills; travel frequently.
