Do you enjoy figuring out how things work and then helping someone else understand them?Stored Energy Systems (SENS) is looking for a technically capable, curious, and personable individual who wants to grow into a professionalTechnical Instructor. You do not need to already be a professional instructor. We're interested in technicians and technical professionals who enjoy teaching others, mentoring coworkers, demonstrating equipment, explaining troubleshooting steps, or helping customers understand technical systems. We'll help the right person develop the instructional skills and SENS product knowledge needed to become a successful technical trainer.This is an opportunity to take your hands-on experience in a new direction while staying connected to real-world electrical and industrial technology.
For someone coming from field service, maintenance, installation, or another hands-on technical career, this position offers an opportunity to continue using your technical experience without spending every day in the field. You'll still work with equipment. You'll still troubleshoot. You'll still learn new technology, b ut your job becomes helpingother people become technically capable. You will have the opportunity to develop professional skills in technical instruction, curriculum development, hands-on lab instruction, presentation, and adult learning while building expertise in industrial power-conversion technology. This position is part of a defined career path within Training & Development and cross-functional career opportunities may also exist within Field Service, Customer Support, and other technical areas.
This position is located on-site in Longmont, CO.
$31 - $34 is the projected hourly wage for this role and will be determined on the candidate’s overall qualifications and experience.
This position is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
