API International is a family-owned manufacturer and engineering solutions company seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Oregon. You will learn our products, build strong customer relationships, and grow into higher responsibilities as the business expands.

You will develop technical and sales skills, manage quotes and proposals, and support the regional sales team with account development and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3+ years in sales or related roles preferred.
• B2B or technical sales experience is a plus.
• Ability to learn ERP/CRM systems.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Build & Grow Customer Relationships – Understand customer needs, build trust, and identify opportunities.
• Develop New Business – Identify prospects in assigned region and qualify opportunities with RM.
• Sell Solutions – Learn API's products and help customers determine the right solution.
• Quote & Close – Prepare quotes, determine pricing, respond to RFQs, move opportunities to order.
• Own the Customer Experience – Process orders, monitor shipments, and resolve issues.
