Job summary
Kessens Technik mit System GmbH & Co. KG in Lastrup is seeking a dedicated sales support professional to strengthen our team.
You will advise existing and new customers, process quotations, and handle orders in a collaborative, technical environment. You should have a completed commercial training, experience in internal sales or customer service, strong German language skills, and proficiency with MS Office; CRM/ERP familiarity is a plus.
Qualifications
- Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification is desirable.
- Experience in internal sales or customer service is an advantage.
- Very good written and spoken German skills.
Responsibilities
- Support and consultation for existing and new customers.
- Creation, processing, and follow-up of quotations.
- Entry and processing of customer orders.
- Customer communication via telephone and in writing.
- Coordination of delivery dates and alignment with internal departments.
- Maintenance of customer and order data.
- Supporting the field sales team with sales and administrative tasks.
- Processing of customer inquiries and complaints.
