Job summary

Elessent Clean Technologies is seeking an Inside Sales & Product Support Engineer in Overland Park, KS to back regional sales teams and Product Management. You will prepare quotes, gather supplier inputs, and ensure smooth handoffs from customer requests to order execution.

The role emphasizes technical-commercial judgment, collaboration across engineering, commercial operations, and project execution, and strong proficiency with Excel and CRM/ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in technical inside sales, proposal support, or aftermarket equipment.
• Experience with RFQs, quotes, supplier coordination, and order handoff.
• Strong English written and verbal communication; ability to work across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Serve as inside sales and first-line product support for standard CR M&R opportunities.
• Prepare complete, accurate quote/proposal packages on time.
• Coordinate RFQs to vendors and track supplier quote status.
• Support regional sales teams with routine product scope, pricing input, and quote status.
• Maintain CRM/ERP data accuracy and support handoff to execution teams.
