IntePros is seeking a Technical Infrastructure Program Manager to coordinate end-to-end delivery of network infrastructure projects supporting large-scale data center operations. The role ensures cross-functional teams, suppliers, and field operations stay aligned throughout the delivery lifecycle.

The successful candidate will organize complex infrastructure projects, resolve blockers, and drive multiple initiatives to completion in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience tracking projects through workflow or ticket systems and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full lifecycle of network deployment projects from intake to production readiness and closeout.
  • Validate readiness with engineering, hardware, fiber, and infrastructure inputs.
  • Coordinate supplier teams to meet hardware, optical, and fiber deliverables on schedule.
  • Identify risks, remove blockers, and escalate issues to keep delivery on time.
  • Track progress and coordinate handoffs between engineering and field operations.
  • Oversee multiple concurrent deployments, monitoring milestones and health across phases.
  • Coordinate field execution activities, including work requests and maintenance windows.
  • Triage deployment issues by routing to appropriate teams and root cause analysis.
  • Ensure testing, verification, and production readiness before go-live.
  • Prepare portfolio status reports and communicate project health, risks, and dependencies.

Job description

Overview IntePros is seeking a Technical Infrastructure Program Manager (TIPM) to coordinate the end-to-end delivery of network infrastructure projects supporting large-scale data center operations. This role is responsible for managing project execution from intake through deployment, ensuring cross-functional teams, suppliers, and field operations remain aligned throughout the delivery lifecycle. The ideal candidate is an organized program manager with experience coordinating complex technical infrastructure projects, resolving delivery roadblocks, and driving projects to completion in a fast-paced operational environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of network deployment projects, from project intake through production readiness and closeout.
  • Validate project readiness by confirming required engineering, hardware, fiber, and infrastructure inputs are complete before execution begins.
  • Coordinate multiple supplier teams to ensure hardware, optical, and fiber deliverables remain on schedule.
  • Identify project risks, remove blockers, and escalate issues to appropriate stakeholders to maintain delivery timelines.
  • Track workflow progress and coordinate project handoffs between engineering teams and field operations.
  • Manage multiple concurrent infrastructure deployments, monitoring milestones, schedules, and project health across each phase of delivery.
  • Coordinate field execution activities, including work requests, installation schedules, and maintenance windows.
  • Triage deployment issues by identifying root causes and routing technical or operational issues to the appropriate teams.
  • Monitor project validation activities, ensuring testing, verification, and production readiness requirements are completed before go-live.
  • Prepare regular portfolio status reports, communicate project health, and provide visibility into risks, dependencies, and delivery progress.
  • Identify recurring operational bottlenecks and recommend process improvements to increase delivery efficiency.
  • Maintain project documentation, coordination procedures, escalation paths, and operational workflows.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience coordinating complex technical infrastructure or network deployment projects across multiple cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project and program management skills with the ability to manage numerous concurrent initiatives.
  • Experience coordinating suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders across multiple workstreams.
  • Understanding of data center operations, including rack installations, cabling, fiber infrastructure, and hardware deployments.
  • Familiarity with network deployment lifecycles from project initiation through operational turn-up.
  • Experience managing change control processes, maintenance windows, and operational scheduling.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience tracking projects through workflow or ticket management systems while maintaining accurate reporting and documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting data center infrastructure, network operations, or telecommunications environments.
  • Familiarity with fiber optic and optical networking infrastructure.
  • Experience identifying operational trends, process improvements, and portfolio-level risks within technical operations.
