Job summary

AssureSoft Corporation is seeking an adaptable professional to configure and maintain laboratory interfaces within our healthcare IT environment. You will manage data validation, SFTP connectivity, and end-to-end transmission tests between EMR and lab systems.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in technical/SaaS roles, solid English communication, and a proactive approach to learning new platforms and workflows. This remote-friendly role offers diverse tools and ongoing certification opportunities.

• Comfort working with structured data, spreadsheets, and text editors.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain laboratory interfaces using internal integration platforms.
• Collect and validate account information, providers, compendiums, custom profiles, and order codes with laboratories and healthcare facilities.
• Configure and verify SFTP connectivity and interface communication settings.
• Test laboratory order and result transmission end to end between EMR and laboratory systems.
• Manage implementation projects, track pending requirements, and coordinate activities through completion.
• Troubleshoot integration issues, identify discrepancies, and escal when necessary.
• Support clients and laboratory partners through emails, tickets, and configuration changes.
• Work with CSV, XLS, and XLSX files.
• Document configurations, testing results, and project status.
• Follow implementation procedures and quality assurance processes.

Requirements

• 1+ years of professional experience in technical, software, SaaS, healthcare IT, customer support, implementation, or a similar environment.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Basic understanding of software applications, system integrations, and file-transfer concepts.
• Comfort working with structured data, spreadsheets, and text editors.
• Strong troubleshooting, attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to explain technical information clearly to non-technical users.
• Willingness to learn new platforms, tools, and technical workflows.

Nice to Have

• Experience with EMR/EHR systems, healthcare IT, or laboratory workflows; familiarity with HL7, SFTP, or SaaS integrations.
• Experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar tools, and project coordination with external vendors, clients, or technical teams.
