Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks an Implementational Vice President in Chicago to lead complex treasury product implementations for global clients. You will drive onboarding, tailor solutions, and build client relationships in a fast-paced, collaborative team.

Your leadership will shape project plans, coordinate with Relationship Management, Sales, Service, Operations, and Product Management, and ensure successful delivery with risk-aware practices. On-site role with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in implementing treasury products or similar financial services.
• Proven track record in risk management and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Demonstrated ability in strategic planning and resource allocation.
• Advanced proficiency in data and tech literacy, including model interpretation.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management, relationship building, and ability to communicate, partner, and influence effectively.
• Technical project management experience in a client-facing environment.
• Comfort using technology such as WebEx, Zoom, and other collaboration tools.

• Connect with clients through Zoom, Email, and other collaborative technologies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners in Relationship Management, Sales, Service, Operations, and Product Management.
• Manage client and partner expectations throughout the implementation process.
• Implement mixed payable solutions and support clients with file mapping exercises.
• Collaborate with Operations and Product Management to streamline processes.
• Identify and manage business risks, showing ownership of issues.
• Translate client requests into detailed technical specifications for treasury services.
• Document meeting agendas, minutes, and project plans using Microsoft Office tools.
• Demonstrate creative problem-solving and elevate issues when necessary.
• Manage conflicts and facilitate discussions to create optimal solutions.

• Experience in coaching or mentoring employees.
• Strategic thinking with adaptability to change.
• Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for AI and automation integration within operational workflows, including experience evaluating, implementing, or governing AI-driven solutions to achieve scalable process improvements and strategic objectives
