Job description

Continuum · Reports to the Director of Implementation

Continuum is hiring an Implementation Manager to own the customer journey from technical discovery through configuration, UAT, production deployment, and adoption. You will lead implementations spanning Continuum, customer ERP environments, vendor systems, APIs, and operational workflows, translating supply chain business requirements into technical solutions.

You own both the implementation and the solutioning. This is not a project coordination or onboarding role.

You will report to the Director of Implementation and act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, owning the lifecycle from technical discovery through post-implementation support. The role moves quickly and the product continues to evolve, so you will need to adapt, prioritize, and communicate clearly as conditions change.

What you’ll own
  • Lead technical discovery with customers to map business processes, ERP workflows, and integration requirements.
  • Translate supply chain business requirements into technical solutions — data mapping, business rules, and configuration logic.
  • Build the implementation plan for each customer, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation.
  • Configure Continuum to customer specifications and integrate with customer ERP environments, vendor systems, and APIs.
  • Own UAT end to end: build test cases, run the testing cycle, triage defects, and drive to sign-off.
  • Run production deployment and drive adoption after go-live.
  • Meet or exceed implementation deadlines, and elevate risk before it impacts delivery.
  • Coordinate with software developers, QA analysts, and customer support throughout delivery.
  • Maintain strong written documentation — SOPs, technical requirements, process docs, and UAT plans — and keep precise notes and account details in Jira.
  • Manage stakeholders from executive and IT through operations and end users.
  • Run regular status meetings to share progress, address concerns, and gather feedback.
  • Lead user training so customers can use the product effectively.Serve as the primary point of contact for post‑implementation support: resolve inquiries, troubleshoot issues, identify root cause, and escalates when needed.
  • Pivot and prioritize across multiple concurrent accounts while keeping timelines and expectations in scope.
  • Evaluate and improve implementation processes to increase efficiency and scalability.
  • Work with sales and account management to identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities based on customer needs and usage.
What we’re looking for
  • 3+ years in technical implementation, solutions consulting, ERP implementation, or technical project management.
  • End-to-end ownership of complex technical implementations or integrations.
  • Direct experience with ERP systems and ERP integrations.
  • Business process mapping and technical solutioning.
  • Multiple concurrent projects across different stakeholders and technical environments.
  • Stakeholder management from executive and IT through operations and end users.
  • Strong written documentation — SOPs, technical requirements, process docs, UAT plans.
  • Experience leading discovery, UAT, training, rollout, and adoption.
  • Works to tight deadlines and escalates risk before it impacts delivery.
  • Experience working directly with a development team throughout delivery.
  • Clear communication across customers, internal teams, and stakeholders at every level.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work through ambiguity.
  • Understanding of manufacturing and distribution workflows and the operational challenges these customers face.
  • Fluency with Jira, HubSpot, and Claude.
Technical fluency

You do not need to be a software engineer, but you do need to be technically fluent enough to hold a working conversation with IT teams and developers. You should be comfortable discussing:

  • ERP architecture and integrations
  • APIs and system-to-system communication
  • Data mapping and field mapping
  • Transaction and workflow dependencies
  • ERP order, return, purchasing, inventory, and credit processes
  • Business rules and configuration logic
  • UAT methodology and test‑case development
  • Integration testing and troubleshooting
  • Root‑cause identification and escalation
Strong signals

Not required, but these stand out:

  • ERP platforms: Epicor Eclipse, Epicor Prophet 21 (P21), NetSuite, CSD / Infor, or comparable enterprise ERP.
  • Industries: distribution, wholesale, manufacturing, HVAC, industrial supply, logistics, or other supply‑chain‑heavy environments.
  • Workflow domains: returns, warranties, replacement orders, credits, inventory, vendor returns, receiving, purchasing.
  • Downstream thinking: treats an ERP transaction as more than a technical event, and understands the impact on inventory, warehouse operations, purchasing, AP, AR, and customer and vendor credits.
What we’re not looking for

This role is probably not the right fit if your experience is:

  • Non‑technical SaaS onboarding.
  • Customer Success or Account Management without implementation ownership.
  • Project coordination or project management focused on schedules and task tracking.
  • Training and adoption without integration or systems experience.
  • Implementations where another team defined the requirements and the solution.
Who thrives in this role

Someone who can walk into an unfamiliar supply chain operation, understand how the business and the ERP work together, translate what needs to change into a technical solution, align stakeholders, and drive the organization into production and adoption against an aggressive deadline.

Technically curious. Operationally minded. Highly organized. Comfortable with ambiguity. Strong with customers. Relentless about execution.
