Job description

This role is the entry point to the presales team at Uncountable – the ideal candidate loves solving complex technical problems, has a high standard of excellence for the work they provide, and is looking to break into the tech industry in a customer-facing role. You will be assigned multiple concurrent pre‑sales projects, supporting our leads in configuration asks, while traveling on‑sites to assist in training, feedback, and reconfiguration during active engagements. Through this role you will become a subject matter expert in all portions of the platform, learning how to digitalize the next generation of R&D science!

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s (+) Degree in Chemistry or Engineering related field
• Strong scripting background (you can write a script accessing our external APIs to transform a data set and load into the platform)
• Location: NY or Munich
• Additional Languages (Spanish, French, German, Dutch, Chinese Preferred)

Compensation

• NY Base: 80-90 + Bonus
• Munich Base: 60-80 + Bonus
• Travel = 10-20%
