Qualifications

• 3+ years designing, analyzing, configuring, or troubleshooting IP networks.
• Experience managing technical teams.
• Wi‑Fi and network hardware installation, configuration and management.
• Hardware/software support including imaging and break/fix.
• Ability to lift/move equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Strong written and verbal communication; report writing.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Bachelor's in CS/IS/IT (or equivalent) + 5 years total experience, or 13 years total experience without a degree.

Travel:

1-4 weeks at a time (up to 50% overall), supporting deployment and training sites. Primarily by vehicle (valid driver's license required), with occasional air travel. • Oversee onsite technicians supporting installation and ongoing issue resolution.
• Manage baseband and internet connectivity, and Wi-Fi hardware, at each site.
• Handle hardware start-up, imaging, configuration, naming, break/fix, and issue resolution.
• Manage equipment inventory and ensure connectivity through all training sessions.
• Provide installation support and ongoing issue resolution, including onsite tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years designing, analyzing, configuring, or troubleshooting IP networks; able to analyze network traffic and diagnose issues.
• Experience managing technical teams.
• Wi-Fi and network hardware: install, configuration, management, and issue resolution.
• Hardware/software support: troubleshooting, imaging, break/fix (laptops, desktops, printers), refresh/upgrade/deployment projects.
• Able to lift/move equipment and pallets up to 50 lbs, and stoop/crouch/reach for setup work in server closets and under desks, with no restrictions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; experience writing reports/deliverables.
• Able to travel up to 50%; personal transportation required.
• Bachelor's in CS/IS/IT (or equivalent) + 5 years total experience, or 13 years total experience without a degree.
