Successful candidates will have 6+ years in power generation or OEM environments, strong technical direction skills, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six (6) years in power generation or equivalent with expertise in one or more areas: process control, OT, electrical, turbines/rotating equipment, boilers/HRSG, or NDE/NDT.
• OEM experience is helpful.
• Some college coursework in engineering is desirable.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work non-typical schedules.
• Supervising craft employees desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support in specialty area for Energy Supply generation assets, including supervision of craft employees.
• Lead major facility maintenance projects for outages and outages coordination.
• Provide technical direction for control systems and major equipment problems; recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate fleet-wide maintenance programs to improve reliability.
• Assist in QA program audits and development of standards to improve reliability.
• Write specifications and purchase requisitions to support fleet activities.
