Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Dallas, TX is hiring a Project Manager (Technical Facilities Construction) to provide professional project management for client site facilities. You will coordinate with account managers and facility teams on HVAC, electrical and DC power projects.

The role requires 5+ years in engineering/construction project delivery, supervisory experience, and proficiency with MS Office and Procore. Hands-on facilities experience is preferred, and compensation aligns with market rates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in construction management, engineering or architecture.
• Strong project management and supervisory capabilities.
• Experience with facility construction projects preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Google Suite and Procore software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare agendas, budgets, and timelines for each project and keep clients informed.
• Coordinate reports and drawings across design development and construction phases.
• Oversee consultants and construction teams and monitor costs and changes.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and governance requirements.
• Collaborate with account managers and facility teams to meet objectives.
