Position summary: JMT is seeking a Construction Manager to be responsible for managing vertical capital building projects for city governments, counties and higher education clients. The CM will interface with Architect, General Contractor, Geotech/Materials Testing Agency, FF&E, Technology, Owner and other consultants and vendors to oversee and manage building projects for new and existing facilities.

Working Conditions
Work is performed in both an office and field (construction) environment. Office to field time is approximately 25% to 75% respectively. Field work requires climbing, walking and standing at a construction site and may be outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions. Some lifting (up to 50 lbs) may be required. Travel required.
