ETAS Inc. has an upcoming opportunity for a Technical EntryPoint I (Direct Hire) in Portsmouth, OH. This role provides on-site regulatory oversight for contractor operations and prepares compliance reports for the DOE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in technical/scientific field.
• Experience with regulatory programs and reporting.
• Ability to prepare technical and management reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight of on-site contractor operations for regulatory compliance.
• Produce compliance status and recommendations for DOE management and daily/weekly reports.
• Evaluate contractor compliance with applicable requirements and programs.
• Review ER/EC documents for regulatory alignment and quality.
• Track milestones and document responses due to Ohio EPA.
• Draft contract-related letters, reports, and briefings for DOE.
• Prepare DOE meeting presentations and ER/RC accomplishment summaries.
• Support entry-level departmental needs and learn technical aspects.
• Provide oversight of the Nickel Reclamation Project and leases.
