IDR, Inc. in Nashville is seeking an Application Configuration Lead to join a major client on a hybrid basis. The role focuses on configuring workflow-driven enterprise applications and coordinating large-scale modernization projects with cross-functional teams.

You will translate business requirements into scalable platform configurations, support upgrades and deployments, document processes, and mentor junior staff to help drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise application configuration experience.
• Experience implementing or configuring large COTS platforms.
• Experience with workflow configuration and business process automation.
• Experience with data migration or enterprise system implementations.
• Experience leading technical teams or mentoring junior staff.
