Job summary

Sectra in Denver, CO is seeking an experienced Technical Engineer to support, troubleshoot, and maintain hospital imaging environments across the United States. You will own technical issues, work with customers and internal teams to keep systems stable, secure, and high performing.

The role offers hands-on problem solving, collaboration, and opportunities to advance into engineering, cloud, or leadership paths within Sectra's global healthcare IT portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in technical support, systems engineering, or a related IT role.

Responsibilities

• Support customer environments by troubleshooting complex technical issues related to enterprise imaging systems
• Investigate system behavior through log analysis, performance review, and root-cause identification
• Collaborate with internal engineering, security, and project teams to coordinate fixes, improvements, and system optimizations
• Support customer implementations and upgrades by assisting with system configuration and integration activities
• Work directly with hospital IT teams and clinical users to understand workflows, technical requirements, and operational constraints
• Build long-term relationships with customers and serve as a trusted technical contact for your assigned portfolio
• Participate in an after-hours support rotation once fully onboarded
