Job summary
Sectra is seeking a Technical Engineer to install, configure, and optimize its Enterprise Imaging solutions for hospitals and health systems. You will deploy software, integrate with PACS/EMR/dictation systems, and lead data migrations across global deployments.
The role requires 5–10 years in system deployment within healthcare IT, a CS/IT/engineering degree, and strong knowledge of PACS and DICOM. Occasional off-hours support and a path toward senior roles are offered.
Qualifications
- 5–10 years of deployment or technical implementation experience in healthcare IT.
- Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Strong PACS, DICOM, and medical imaging system knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Lead deployments of Sectra Enterprise Imaging software and databases.
- Configure integrations with PACS, EMR, AI platforms and other systems.
- Collaborate with project managers and healthcare IT teams to ensure success.
- Support data migration and project transitions.
- Troubleshoot issues and diagnose remotely or on-site.
- Deliver technical training and mentor junior staff.
- Contribute to deployment process improvements.
- Handle occasional off-hours support for go-lives.
