Agilian Associate Program Overview
Do you believe health should be a right, and not a privilege? Want to break down barriers to healthcare? Eager to be a part of a team committed to health equity? Apply now for a position where your skills and education meet your passion for social responsibility, and together, let’s help the health equity ecosystem work toward better healthcare outcomes for underserved individuals.
Agilian is a boutique consulting firm dedicated to advancing health equity through Medicaid retention solutions. Medicaid churn disrupts access to and continuity of care for vulnerable populations, leads to lost revenue for plans, and strains state systems. We help our clients ensure continuity of care by identifying, recovering, and retaining eligible members. Our competitive edge lies in an equity-driven team with a proven, data-driven model that provides immediate impact and scalable value.
Our Associate Program offers socially driven individuals a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop essential skills, and contribute directly to solutions that drive equity and impact within the health equity ecosystem.
Position Overview
During your time with Agilian, you’ll strengthen your consulting and engineering skills while being considered for a full-time role upon completion of the program. As an Associate, you’ll gain insight into the complex challenges our clients face—from shifting priorities to data fragmentation—and learn how we translate these challenges into prioritized, data-driven actions that support health equity and financial stability. This is your opportunity to build practical expertise in Medicaid strategy and technology while contributing to a mission focused on better outcomes for underserved populations.
The mission for this role is to support the operations and maintenance of software and cloud data warehouse projects by contributing to technical development, testing, and deployment, while building and leveraging skills and knowledge around Agilian processes, agile methodologies, and AWS technologies.
