Meet the Team
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical sales or sales engineering roles.
  • At least 2 years of experience in technical training or facilitation.
  • Over 3 years of experience with enterprise technology solutions, including automation and DevOps.
  • Current technical certifications in relevant technology areas.
  • Hands-on experience with implementation and troubleshooting for over 3 years.
  • Experience in areas such as networking infrastructure, SDN, data center technologies, cloud infrastructure, security solutions, zero trust architectures, collaboration platforms, observability/monitoring tools, and application development/DevOps practices.
Preferred Experience
  • Ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts.
  • Experience with virtual training platforms and tools.
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Leadership in group dynamics and encouraging participation.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and techniques.
  • Master's degree in a technical or educational field.
  • Training certifications (e.g., CTT+, CST).
  • Experience with learning management systems.
  • Background in solution architecture or technical consulting.
  • Experience with agile and DevOps methodologies.
  • Knowledge of regional markets within the assigned geography.
